Angel's Tarot is so happy to be able to provide exceptional services, true results, and to be able to inform clients about the spiritual world. My business has changed the lives of so many people, but not everyone will be happy with their reading—so it’s no surprise I’ve made a cancellation and refund policy. Check it out below.

POLICY (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

CANCELLATION 

You are only applicable for cancellation up to 1 day before scheduled delivery of your reading. You must fill out the cancellation form 24-48 hours beforehand so that it can be processed and you can receive your refund (if refund is needed).

If no refund is needed, you can simply fill out the form and wait for it to be processed, then receive an email to verify your cancellation.

If you fail to fill out the cancellation form 24-48 hours beforehand, you will automatically be rejected for cancellation. Once the cancellation form is filled out and sent (within applicable time frame), your service will be halted and will immediately be flagged for processing. You should receive an email within 24 hours after the fact confirming or denying your cancellation of chosen service(s).

RESCHEDULE (IF APPLICABLE)

We understand that things may happen and are out of your control; so we've set up a reschedule form. That way, you can still enjoy your service, but on your time. You are required to fill out the form within 24 hours of scheduled delivery of reading. If payment was already made, you are still required to submit the reschedule form, but may be applicable for a refund (if both parties can agree on such terms and applicant is in the required time period).
If you fail to submit the form before the required time frame, or submit the form any time after the fact you will be rejected for rescheduling; and if payment was already made, will only be applicable for a refund if you submit your refund form within 24-48 hours.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation form. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and payed with the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you were extremely dissatisfied with your reading we can offer you another one for free and from there you can decide whether or not you'd like to work with us in the future. If you need to exchange it for the same reading (service), send us an email at angelstarot111@gmail.com

Note that: Proof of payment and previous reading is required to be applicable for an exchange.
